Tree Risk Addendum
During this site visit, the following additional trees were observed and are flagged for the customer's awareness. This addendum is provided as a courtesy and does not represent a formal Level 2 Tree Risk Assessment.
Priority Removal
Location: Leaning elm, east side of home near the screened porch
Observed condition: Significant lean toward structure (~15° off vertical), soil mounding visible at base suggesting root-plate movement
Recommended action: Removal recommended within 60 days. Structure is within the fall zone.
Evaluate Soon
Location: Large oak near the back fence (northwest corner)
Observed condition: Co-dominant stems with included bark — elevated risk of stem failure under heavy wind or ice load
Recommended action: Schedule a closer evaluation within the next growing season; cabling may extend safe service life significantly.
Monitor
Location: Norway maple in the front yard
Observed condition: Minor deadwood in upper canopy, otherwise structurally sound
Recommended action: Routine deadwood pruning at next dormant-season service visit. No immediate concern.
