• You retain ownership of the proposals, customer information, photos, logos, and other materials you upload or create using the Service ("User Content").
• You grant ArborBidPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

All branding, code, design, and other materials created by or for ArborBidPro are our property and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your account.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may change our pricing, but we'll give you notice before changes take effect.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep ArborBidPro available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArborBidPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArborBidPro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
